Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method.

Free Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once orders have been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Orders returned due to incorrect address details may require additional postage fees for redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Photos of damaged items/packaging (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of food and drink products:

  • Returns are generally not accepted unless items arrive damaged or incorrect
